1. Our Commitment

Kiroku maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited on our platform. We are committed to creating a safe environment and will take immediate action against any violations, including permanent account suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Age Requirements

Kiroku is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly terminate their account and delete any associated data.

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account on Kiroku, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

3. Prevention Measures

We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE content and protect minors on our platform:

  • Content moderation: We actively monitor and review content on the platform to identify and remove any material that violates our child safety policies.
  • Community reporting: Users can report any content or behavior that they believe endangers children. All reports are reviewed promptly.
  • Account restrictions: Accounts found to be in violation of our child safety policies are immediately suspended and permanently banned from the platform.
  • Review of user-generated content: Reviews, images, and other user-generated content are subject to our community guidelines, which explicitly prohibit any content that exploits or endangers minors.

4. Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior on Kiroku that you believe exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately through one of the following channels:

  • In-app reporting: Use the report feature available on reviews, profiles, and other content to flag concerns directly within the app.
